 A Fresh Approach
The Rowner Renewal Partnership is delighted to officially launch the Rowner Renewal Project. The Partnership now invites residents and other important community groups to help shape our proposals for the redevelopment and the regeneration of the centre of Rowner.
Here we summarise our draft proposals and outline the scope of our plans.

Rowner Renewal Partnership Welcomes Gosport Borough Council Decision |

The Rowner Renewal partnership, comprising English Partnerships, Gosport Borough Council, Hampshire County Council, Portsmouth Housing Association and Taylor Wimpey, today (October 4) welcomed the decision by Gosport Borough Council to support the £140m regeneration project planned for Rowner.
Letters are being hand delivered today (October 4) to residents in Rowner. The Partnership will be meeting individually with those residents whose homes will need to be redeveloped for the Project. |
