Come and join coaches from Pompey FC at Bridgemary School every Tuesday evening and at Holbrook Rec every Friday evening from now until the end of August, for coaching, competition and fun.

Gosport Borough Council have joined services with football coaches from Pompey in the Community, to produce a summer of football coaching for youngsters aged 11-17 yrs.

Project Manager Sam Mitchell from Gosport Borough Council, has used a grant provided by Hampshire Police Authority, to deliver a fantastic opportunity for local young people to develop their football skills and to play in matches. This will be an eleven week scheme, which began on Saturday 17th June, but which will continue every tuesday and friday until the end of August. The opening day was a tremendous success, with youngsters from across Gosport learning new skills, perfecting old skills, and attempting to be the hardest shot in Bridgemary !

There will 2 evening sessions per week, by coaches from Pompey FC. The times for these sessions are;

Every tuesday - Bridgemary Community Sports College 5pm to 8pm

Every friday - Holbrook Recreation Ground 5pm to 8pm

These sessions are broken down into age groups; Ages 11-13 yrs 5-6pm; Ages 14-15 yrs, 6-7pm; Ages 16-17 yrs, 7-8pm.

If anyone has any questions, please contact Sam Mitchell on 07985234367
