Do you have a friend or neighbour who lives in Gosport and has made a difference to others through their kindness, helpfulness or charitable work? Then nominate them for a Citizen of the Year Award.
Nominations are also required for a Young Citizen of the Year, someone aged 18 or under who lives in Gosport and has performed an act of bravery; demonstrated a caring attitude to the disadvantaged; shown service to the community or, maybe shown courage in coping with a disability.
If you know someone that fits the bill, send your letter of nomination, including why you think they deserve to be the Citizen or Young Citizen of the Year to: The Chief Executive, Gosport Borough Council, Town Hall, High Street, Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 1EB by Friday 30 March.
